मैने एक प्राइवेट कंप्लेंट लगा रखी है cjm में ,और accounts फोटोकॉपी दे रखी है कोर्ट में as an evidence, कोर्ट ने मुझे original accounts book exhibit करने को कहा है , तोह में कैसे exhibit कराऊ, यानि मुझे एप्लीकेशन लिखनी पड़ेगी क्या exhibit करने के लिए और क्या प्रोसीजर है exhibit कराने के लिए और क्या मुझे original books of account कोर्ट से वापस मिलेंगे क्या ?, please help me.

इसके अलावा मेरा property commission का बिज़नस है मेरा पैसा मेरे पार्टनर ने हड़प लिया। account books और सौदों की डायरिया मेरे पास पड़ी है । इनकम इनकम टैक्स और सर्विस टैक्स डिपार्टमेंट में show नहीं की हुई है न मेरे और न मेरे पार्टनर के तो अगर में 406 IPC का केस लगाउ तो इनकम टैक्स या सर्विस टैक्स की प्रॉब्लम तोह नहीं होगी?

I don't have advocate .
I am fighting my own case.
but taken advice of some advocates they told that you can exhibit without application just show account book to magistrate. and then take back.
they haven't advice on income tax and service tax matter
about proving accounts were prepared by partners they said that court will take hand writing opinion
please help me with that?

You can lodge a complaint against your partner with the local police station for cheating and breach of trust offences.
Court will not ask you to produce the income tax returns or the tax paid receipts.

Ty Mr. kalaiseivan. But transactions are of ultra legend amounts. Like some transaction registry on dlc but purchased or sold on market value which is like 10 times of dlc rate. Some properties are purchased and sold with out registration only on basis of un registered agreement.
Can court give information to IT or DIG STAMP that in certain cases such taxes are not paid or registration not done or done on lower amount instead of actual amount.

Police cannot be expected to give information to any of the department, except the court of law. Whatever has to be done or information to be given to anyone else, that would be by yourself.

The court will concentrate only on the case before it and not beyond that.
If there were som transactions which are not in the books or are not legal or have been done with an intention for wrongful gains, then it becomes the duty of the affected or aggrieved person to bring this to the knowledge of court of any authority which can enforce this claim.
