Dear experts you have very well replied to my love marriage query thank you very much.

My wife has submitted only our marriage certificate there is no evidences of her attached with the petition so my doubt is will she attach any proofs or evidences later and will she make any further things in the petition?I have received the petition from the court.

My last query was this
Love marriage

My wife filed to nullification of our marriage that I was a fraud.She said that I told her that I was a master degree holder but i have never said.I am working in one institute but she said that i told her another institute's name and another course
She said that i told her and she believed.
how shall i disprove?
If the onus asks shall i neglect and say that i did not say.the problem is we did not live together but met in some other place i have photos tooo....We have had intercourse but she said there was no intercourse because we did not live together.

Who is the petitioner of the case?
The onus of proving case of the petitioner lies upon the petitioner only.
The petitioner can not rely solely on the weakness of the respondent.
So if she could not prove her contentio, you have nothing to worry.

Evidence shall be adduced after issues are framed.Amendment in petition can be made any time before framing of issues.

Her claim is not the matter of documentary evidence as she says you misrepresented and misled her which claims amounts to fraud against her consent and the same fact she shall state on oath as her evidence and your lawyer shall cross examine her.
