dear expert,
wat is the evidentiary value of municipal house tax assessment in Bonafide Requirement case in U.P. rent control act., the assessment submitted by opponent's shows from april 1999 to march 2004 that i m having my own shop (which is actually a garrage with shutter), how i defend??? any judgement/rulling against municipal house tax assessment????

Only on the basis of the municpal tax assessment it cannot be presumed that you are the owner, some times what happens who pay the tax on behalf of he owner his name will be entered.
