a complaint with the district police superintendent/collector narrating the entire events and other such anti human activities affecting the fundamental rights of people may be tendered, you will get an immediate reaction towards steps for relief measures from the authorities.

Besides approaching SP/DC, the aggrieved person should approach Human Rights Commission and Civil Court for declaration and setting aside such an illegal order passed without jurisdiction by panchayat/ FARMAN.

A complaint with the State Human Rights Commission will also open the doors for stamping the arrogance of the local village head and others.
