execution of arbitration awards

i have recieved arbitration awards. The jdrs were living under the jurisdiction of Addl. dist court. whether i have to file the e.p. for arrest before the Principal dist. judge or before the Addl. Dist. Judge. if so, transmition of e.p. is nessecerry or not.

You can file the execution proceedings in the court of the additional district judge.

File the execution proceedings before the ADJ.

Execution proceedings are to be filed before the similar judge, who decided the matter and it si very simple to file. Refer order 22 of CPC.

The Court which can entertain a suit with respect to the subject-matter of
arbitration dispute alone can exercise the power under Section 36 of the AC Act.
