Disclosure is necessary, so that warrant to attach property to recover your money is possible. Otherwise what will be attached and sold?? Regular Darkhast [R.D.], for Execution Proceedings need Schedule of property, or Address & its details .

If you are decree-holder then it is in your interest to get the help of court to attach the property of the judgment debtor by disclosing his properties otherwise court shall be helpless to provide the desired help to you.
