District Munsif court ordered the respondent to remove the cell phone tower in the residential area. If the respondent fails to remove the cell phone tower, the petitioner was permitted to remove the tower on the cost of respondent. The respondent was not ready to remove the tower. Respondent not ready to obey the court order in original suit (temporary injunction) as well as the EP order. Whether the revenue authorities directed to remove the tower since it is comes under public nuisance. What are the other remedies available to the petitioner to remove the tower.

seek the advise of local lawyer. if amy one breach the law then they are answerable before law post the judgement too. if they are not obey then enforce with the authority of official
