It is mere application seeking court balif/ police help to break open the lock fortaking possession.

After filing of Execution petition court sends notice to the Judgement Debtor, and then bailiff is ordered to delver possession to Decree holder.Police help is ordered on creation of interference in bailiff work by JD .
