Execution of interim order u/s 125 crpc

I need to file execution u/s 125 cr.pc for interim mainatanace. what is the procedure is it file in the same court , whether the regular format of exeuction is followed or is there any other format for this kind, is there need to file the format alongwith any application or the only format is sufficient.

it is filed in same court and for it take help of local lawyer so that no legal point is left.
