Execution of judgement and civil court and district courts 1969

There is a wakf property which is occupied by unauthorized occupient. Both the cases decreed in favour of Punjab wakf board1968 and appeal of unauthorized occupant dismissed with cost in District and Session Court in 1969. But wakf board not filed execution application.Now that property is demolished and unauthorized occupant died.What is the way to implement above judgements

This is your repeated query. The earlier query was also replied by me. You file suit for injunction as if you had taken possession soon after passing of decree in 1969.
