Executive magestrat for minor's passport

(Querist) 19 July 2016 This query is : Resolved
Iam legally divorced for 10 yrs. And the custody of my child is not been declared by court. I dont know about that earlier. But I am the sole care taker of my child I am trying to apply for passport for my minor Child. According to Annexure G, It say, if I dont have a custody certificate, I have to submit an affidavit sworn before 1st class judicial magistrate/Executive Magistrate. How do I get that and how much time will it take to get . I need advice please!

Thank you

Either both parents need to be present or related court orders needed to get passport of minor.
