Expeditious hearing in trail courts

Even after Appleate court's order of "Expeditious hearing as early as possible" I am suffering from delay tacties by the opponents. Somebody suggested me to approch Hon. High court,but I am affraid of some more delay.Can experts tell me about Appex court authorities for directions/gudelies to trail court for expeditious hearing.

U have been correctly advised. In such cases, HC usually disposes of the petition at the first hearing giving directions for expeditious hearing.

Right, the lower courts can not ignore the dictates of the High Court.

Yes. You approach the High court and get directions for early disposal. It will have good effect.
