I filed a criminal complaint against X before Judicial Magistrate under 200 Cr.P.C

The Judicial Magistrate after receiving the complaint, read the papers and documents filed by me, had dismissed the complaint as it is of civil nature.

No sworn in statement was made.

What is my remedy?

You have not mentioned the facts of your case along with the order of the Magistrate for which reason it is difficult to comment as such.

File a revision either before the sessions court or the high court.

If there is fresh incidents you can also file fresh petition before the Magistrate.
