Share of expired fathers property

My father expire on 2005 .I was the only child. After my Marriage with a man can i get ownership of the proper which now at the ownership of my mother.

Ir your father has died intestate then you could inherit his property in equal share with your mother. The fact of your marriage is of no consideration.

under the Hindu Succession Act you and your mother is class-1 legal heirs as such you both have equal rights in the property of your father, if your father died without any will
