Hi,
In continuation with my previous query,
I had put a police complaint and a divorce petition under section 14 (for waiver of 1 year) and section 13B(divorce under cruelty).
I.O is not taking any action against my in-Laws.
Judge has called me to discuss whether my petition can be accepted or not.
I dont have any communication with my wife or his family members for the past 20 days(i.e. when she left my house), at that time only she went to police station and after that there is no communication nor I got any call from CAW cell. I have few queries request you to please answer:
Q1. Should I put a case under Section 506 on my wife and her family members or wait for their action.
Q2. What should I say to judge to convince him for divorce?

1. Yes if the circumstances so warrants.
2. After 20 days of leaving your house, I do not think that your case has got any merit for permission under section 14 of the Act.
Note- your case is not u/s 13B but u/s 13(1)(ia).

Experts please give your opinion. Yesterday I got a call from CAW, NanakPura, Delhi. Please tell me what happens at CAW.
Please share experiences with me.
