1. Ownership/Lease/Rent Agreement/proper document showing the possession over the shop;

2. Photographs numbering 2 showing out location of the shop required to be registered;

3. photographs numbering 2 showing internal location of shop;

4. Summary of employees in described format

5. Summary of proprietor/partners etc. in the proper format;

6. Bank account statement;

7. ID Proof of proprietor/partners;

8. Any other document as deem fit to be enclosed.
