I would like to know whether stamp paper purchased in maharashtra is valid in hyderabad.

The supplier resides in maharashtra, buyer in hyderabad. an agreement made for supply of equipment.

If any obligation raised it should be settled in hyderabad courts.

Such obligation, Is it valid on maharashtra stamp paper.

YES stamp paper purchased in maharashtra and document prepared and signed by the parties is valid and can be enforced either in mharashtra or hyderabad which ever jurisdiction is mutually agreed by the parties
