Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 17 February 2011 This query is : Resolved 
Sir, i have filed RTI of missing persons in particular area & i got the reply of RTI from Deputy superintendent of police(DYSP) and that i have submitted in high-court, and the same information was submitted by Director General of police (DGP) of state. But there is difference in the both answers. So how can i know who is right and who is wrong ? what can be my next step towards both the persons, DGP and DYSP ? plz guide me

Make another application under the RTI Act to the DGP and get the information.

No use in making another application, you proceed with the High court case.
