1.VIOLATION OF FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS
2.UN COMPETENCY OF STATE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY
I WANT REFERENCE CASE LAWS FOR THIS GROUND.
A STATE GOVERNMENT CAN ENACT A ACT ABOUT THE MEDIA (TV BROADCASTING,NEWS PAPERS).
