Adoption deed.

could a divorced women, alone, can give her child to her second husband by adoption deed? if yes, would you send me the format of such deed. regards.
And, whether such adoption deed be register with 'notary' or it is must to register it with the 'registerar'?

yes. she can give the child in adoption. the adoption deed is similar as normal deed. it must be registered.

you can not give the child to any body without the prior permission or consent of the natural father(ex husband) of the child.

Mr Sarin is right.
For adoption the express consent of both parents is mandatory and in absence of which the deed itself would be a void one.

While agreeing with Mr. Sarin & Mr.Barman, it is to be noted as to what were the terms relating to custody of the child. If the original father has given up all rights to the child, the mother can give the child in adoption especially when she continues to be the mother.
