In one industrial matter before the Industrial court the same advocate is representing complainant as well as one of the opponent. is it morally/legally correct?
Does it amount to professional misconduct?

If the interest of the said opponent is the same that of the complainant,then perhaps it may not amount to professional misconduct. Depends on facts.
