AN OFFICER FROM STATE BANK TERMINATED IN THE YEAR 1997 & AFTER HE HAS NOT FILED ANY CASES IN THE COURT, DUE TO HIS FINANCIAL CRISIS & ALSO HE IS RESERVED CANDIDATE. WHAT HE HAS TO DO NOW?.

He has lost all his precious remedies available to him under law. Currently after nearly 14 years delay, he cannot do anything with regard to the termination done in the year 1997.

Financial difficulties could have been considered had he filed application for legal aid. But after so many years, he is not likely to get any relief.
