sir
i m a landlord, my property in old delhi and i have one tenant which is let out my property another sub tenant, and when i ask to him for leave my place, he ask much more money for leaving this place and he will not giving me the rent from last 4 years what should be do and we should took the rent if he gives me. plz sir told me the answer for this querry as soon as possible

you may file a case against previous tenant for removing the sub tenant and illegal to assign sub tenants so you are liable to vacate the premises
