Procedure and Supreme court

There is a regular bail petition which was rejected by High Court of Jharkhand. How much time will it take to file and get a hearing date in Supreme Court? Also what is the procedure of doing so?

Bail petitions would be given top priority since they involve personal liberty of a citizen of India. You file your bail application before the Supreme Court and it would be heard immediately.

Thank you so much for your reply Mr. S. Subramanian and Mr. Ravikant Soni.

I have another question regarding this. There are options of re-applying for bail at High Court and filing the bail application at supreme court. which option do you think will be better in order to get an early bail.
