This query is : Resolved
In deed of 1993 definite boundaries were shown but the land was unsurveyed. Then in 1997 distinct land on the other side of the village was measured and then rectification was done in the deed of 1993.This changed the location of land completely. This is in violation of sec.21 of the Registration Act.I will be obliged if any learned expert can provide me judgment that such a document become invalid.

This is question seems to be of Survey No.,if it is no question of tension the REvenue authority will pass the entry in the record of the village and given the numbers, whatever no.comes as per you location specification i.e.East,west,north & south, take that no. as granted and register a document with the registrar an
"IMPROVED DOCUMENT WITHOUT CONSIDERATION"
which will not attract any stamp fees.

I am thankful for contributing your views. When the land is unsurveyed, there cannot be any question of survey number as the land was in traverse(kharaba).
