Bike damaged in company premises

i am working in a call centre,and my bike was damaged in the company premises with or without intension i dont know,i told the security of the company he told me that we are not responcible about it,i phone my team leader and manager and also the company HR but they are telling that nothing can be done,i told the security to see in the cctv camera and catch the culprit i have send the company letter by post as proof can some thing be done please suggest,i was on duty in the company when this had happened.i just want them to pay for the looses that it but they are not ready......what can be done

You can file civil suit.

Was your bike not insured?
Was parking space provided by Co.& part of your on job facilities?
If it is a different Co. than the one U work for, U can certainly claim damages for negligence.

cvil suit will take ages . you must have insured your bike . file a claim for insurance if major damages have been caused to your bike

I agree with Mr. Sethi...

suits and other kind of litigation will be more costly and time consuming affair...if there is some extensive damage seek claim from the insurance company.

apprise the higher officials about the callous attitude of the security staff so that the same mistake is not committed in future.
