Pf credit not given till date

I was employed with a company by name: Scissors Enrich beauty and fitness pvt. ltd at the post of Manager, in the year Sept'09

As part of a salary structure they had a PF component of Rs 780/- which was being deducted every month. After i resigned from there in jan'10, they were not giving any clear idea on the PF amt which they had to settle. It has been 2 years since and innumerable visits, and mental stress they are still playing games saying that all the employees will receive the money soon and giving fake stories like the company is going through some financial commtiments etc.. Which is absolutely not true. As the business is still existing besides them opening further new chains to their existing ones. Can i take legal action on them? If so what is the process to do so? I have with me a form 16 and a relieving letter as proof. I have also checked online through the PF office and the establishment code which they have provided me on a pay slip does not exist. Which means that they have not yet opened an account in the PF office. They have cheated along with me some 100 other employees giving us false answers...

It is a clear case of FIR in addition to filing of a Grievance Petition to the Regional Officer of EPF about the situation.
