Apartment president

(Querist) 16 October 2011 This query is : Resolved 
Can any person be as a President or Secretary when he is not not owned a Flat but his wife. If he wants to hold any position what sort of document he suppose to have.

no he cannot . on ehas to be a member of society to be a secretary of the society .

if wife is owning the flat and husband name is not on society records as an associate member he cannot be secretary of society

If such member say his wife authorizes her husband to represent her in society only then he can represent his wife therein but individually he cannot become office bearer of society.
