Well actually the owner hiked the rent to 50%, if not other option is to vacate.
Now wife didnot like to vacate,whereas threated & ultimately 498a booked for additional dowry.

How to prove the original issue, Obvious owner wouldnot come for witness.
Tough to prove the truth, any help by experts please

This is a matter of fact, evidence and trial.

I doubt anyone would file 498-a for such trivial issue, but then anything can happen.
