Dear experts
1) at what amt. of NJ stamp paper should I prepare a rent agreement?
2) who should purchase the NJ stamp paper (tenant/landlord)?
3) Is photograph necessary for each party on the r/agreement or one party or none?

stamp paper would depend on stamp act of rajasthan .

either landlord or tenant can purchase the stam paper .

in the agreement photograph of the parties /pan card details are required .

Answer: as indian stamp act as applicable in that state.

2) who should purchase the NJ stamp paper (tenant/landlord)?
Answer: generally, Tenant

3) Is photograph necessary for each party on the r/agreement or one party or none?
Answer: In uttar pradesh, it is mandatory.

Agree but If tenancy is to be for period of 11 month than agreement may be executed on 100 rupee stamp and should be purchased by tenant.

it is not necessary to only rs. 100 stamp paper on 11 month agreement. It could be even more.
