How to cancel a anticipatory bail obtained under section 438 for the offenses 420,494,495,504 and 506.and please tell me the grounds????

File an application for cancellation of Bail under section 439(2( Crpc)
Where the court of session or the high court is satisfied that having regard to the nature and seriousness of the offence, the charecter of the offender, circumstances which are pecullar to the accused, likelihood of the accused fleeing from justice, or of repeating the offence.

if the Ab granted by HC then Session judge have no power to cancel the bail.

You can approach the superior court or the same court which granted AB, for cancellation of AB.

It can be cancelled if the conditions mentioned in the AB is not complied with.
U/S 439 the high court has power to cancel AB.
