What is the order of the court? without this we can not give you a opinion.

1. 90 days if you wish to file Revision counted from the date of passing of order excluding the time taken for getting certified copy.
2. No, it should not unless under special circumstance the court calls for your personal presence.
3. No, their lawyer would do all the necessities.

Thanks Barman sir.
let me reiterate one more time for my convinence
so we only have option for 90 days if we want to go to high court challenging the verdict given in local court and not after that.
and also i need not go to high court.

If the verdict was given by trial court then there is no need to go to high court rather should file an appeal or revision as the case may be before sessions court within 30 days wherein your personal presence is not required on each and every hearing same like accused persons.
