Please inform me as to how many years public notary has to preserve notarised documents with him.

Notary Public Notarial and return you the Documents. He retain only Register mentioning your name Doc type, your photo with sign and thumb impression.
He do not preserve any notarised documents with him

Dear Rohit, Being a Practicing Advocate for over 15 years, and a member of LCI here since 2009, I wonder how u asked this question??
Is it because Adipur in most Western corner if India, and a remote desert place, in kutch, where u practice??

My Dear Giri,
Why r always getting shocked by my Answer, from the day , I pointed our P*** you r Advocate?? remember??
Unless Advocate removes the skin of a hair, and find out, when he dyed the hair, what os the growing rate of his hair, and how old he is?? and why is he covering his fact, making white to black,we cannot find root cause, and cannot help our client, as well as help ourselves.
Arunji, I liked your query of LCI.
I know only 20 experts reply 95% of Query.
Out of 1400 List of Experts, only 14 counts. All others hardly contribute.
If joined, in gruop, it can benefit us like anything, and can help all. We have to just analyse, who replied, first five/ or substantial [removing" I agree with experts, or copy earlier expert's answer in his words etc" ]and linked on E Mail etc, and decide our terms, jointly, in disciplined manner, with Joint Leadership, it certainly benefit all. LCI, as well as we Experts who put such a lot of time and expertise. We can avoid those who fool us, waste our time, and we can jointly boycott time waster.
You know , we few have to decide.

To know all that, one don't need to be Regd long back
I agree I joined LCI in Oct 2011.
BUT I HAVE EXPERIENCE OF LONG YEARS TO SMELL A RAT.
As u found it for me that I joined LCI in Oct 11, u can also find for him too, u will get answer and facts by yourself that I produced.
Shall I ask you, why you did not try to find, which I found?? You know how to find!
Should I saw u where is my gold mine of information?? or how I manipulate, and come to correct conclusion. ??
I will certainly pass information to you, when we will lead a Group, and ask u how to find everything of a person, naked facts before reply.
I will also teach you, how to fumble the Witness in Cross Examination, with ready homework, so he cannot deny, surprise him how I know a lot against him, with all facts with evidence, that Judge too appreciate. FINDING FACTS IS FINDING TRUTH, FINDING GOD, and GOD help those who are with TRUTH. We are only Discovering TRUTH. Finding God.
If I was wrong, Mr. Rohit Ruparel must have objected it, and would not have asked same query within minutes. However I replied both query with same Answer to let him know, DO NOT WASTE OUR TIME. " IT DO NOT WORK. "

Either come with clean hand, or accepts your mistake first, instead of us investigate and pin point them, wasting our valuable time. Do you remember the case of a woman with child, forcing bachelor to marry him, or file criminal case, using the boy for s*x, younger to her, for 5 years, When his parents opposing this relationship, arranged his marriage elsewhere, and the boy refused to marry that WOMAN- she claimed a girl, she continue against me, when I exposed her being divorcee, changed her name, then ANO , then a third name, THEN FRIENDS' PROBLEM, WHICH WAS HER OWN, and I pin pointed that you hide this vital facts, , with her own wordings, so such bogus query stopped for ever in LCI. ?
Let this 15 years practicing kutch Advocate Rahul learn a lesson.

U understand what a waste of time of Experts!! for such a fool??
