Dear Sir, since it is somewhat lenghty, I will advice u to Kindly go through any of the book on EPF&MP Act 1952.Read section 7-I.which deals with the Appeals to Tribunal. Then pl. go through The Employees P.F. Appellate Tribunal (Procedure ) Rules ,1997. You will find the Appendix containing Form-I where all the details are given as to how to file appeal.riven
