Dear All
I was working in a swiss MNC Having head quarter in banalore as a resident sales Engineer and i have resigned in feb2012. but till now i have not recieved my PF amount and my Incentive which they promised to give me in the month of April2012.
Regarding Incentive i have all the proff and paper.
earlier i was thought to make a legal case but some body told me that you have to file case in bangalore,
but now they have opened branch office in gurgaon, so can i file a case in delhi..
pls guide me

you were working in bangalore firm . in case company fails to clear your dues you will have to file case in bangalore only .
merely because now thay have opened office in gurgaon does not vest any jurisdiction with gurgaon court now . no part of cause of action has arisen in gurgaon

You should serve a legal notice to your ex- employer with a copy to Regional provident Fund commissioner banglore and then shall have to file a civil suit at banglore only.
