Dear sir,
i am gopi from bangalore. i had taken hand loan from one of my friend total amount is 175000/-,(50000/- for monthly intrest paying 5000/-)125000/- for every 10 days intrest 6750/- i had given cheque past one year i am paying intrest.any rules is ther to stop this type finance

Do your friend have any proof of payment and written terms of payment and interst rates?

HE HAS TAKEN BLANK CHEQUE & MY OFFfICE & GODWON AGGREMENT(godwon at same place in old bld)(before 3 month i changed my office(just office near by only)ANY PROBLEM IN THAT SIR

You shall have to do multidimentional works at the same time. You shall have to make a police complaint against him for the fraud including all the facts and on the other hand shall also have to issue him a notice to return blank cheque as well as return the agreement which he fradulantly got signed from you.
