Power of attorney by shareholders

Can a person file and pursue a case on behalf of all the shareholders of the property, despite the fact that he is having GPA of only few shareholders. whether this technical problem can be a good ground for dismissal of petition.

He can file the legal proceedings only on behalf of those share holders who have given the POA to him.As regards others he does not have locus standi to file the suits.
