Dear Experts,
Can anyone explain me about IPC 125 Crpc is the criminal case?
1. Should i need to mention while processing the visa?
2. I am bit confused, its mentioned as criminal procedding, there is a column in all visa application, we need to declare , i dont have any criminal cases against me
Please explain and clarify

Yes, case u/s 125 CRPC is a criminal case
and thus fill visa form accordingly.

The CrPC 125 is a criminal procedure case.
however, it is not a penal offence, your VISA would ask you only about Penal Offences.

section 125 Cr.PC case is a civil nature case but the procedure is criminal and in your VISA, there is no need to mention this type of the case.

Mr. Nadeem is correct. It is a quasi criminal proceeding. It is civil insofar as it relates to the right of the petitioner and criminal insofar as the procedure of trial is concerned.
But you need to mention it in yous visa app. otherwise, it may amount to suppression of facts.
