Wrong plot no of em property

In one cash credit loan during post inspection & other verification it has been found that the plot no. on which the mortgaged building property is situated & mentioned in the sanction letter as well as memorendum of entry is not the actual plot no. on which the building property is situated.The plot no mentioned in the sanction letter & mortgage doc. is an adjacent vacte land of the same borrower.
Can we attach the actual plot no. on which the building property is situated.The borrower vide his record of mortgage confirmation letter & declaration cum confirmation deed mention the erronious plot no.
Sec 150 of contracts of bailment & pledge is applicable here?
Pls. suggest accordingly.

1. S.150 has no applicability (Bailment/Pledge always pertain to moveable property)
2. Rectification Deed is your key.
