Trusts regd in maharashra

We have one Trust regd under The Soc Regn Act and Pub Chartiy Trust Act in Maharashtra. The trustees have not filed Change Report in last 30 years . Now all the founder members expired. But the Trust is doing activities as per Objects of the Trusts. No meeting are held. Accounts are regularly submitted. So how to sign Change Report. No present Trsutees are regd with Dy Comnr of Trusts! Pl guide how to reglularise. Thanks.

A new trust has to be formed by the Trustees, who are working in the fiduciary capacity and who should take over this trust with the permission of Commissioner of Charities.
