Complaints against sharebrokers

I had lodged complaints with NSE of malpractices by the following brokers:
1.Religare securities Rs 5 Crores
2. Way2wealth securities Rs 1 crore

The complaints involved claims as mentioned.
The Arbitration and Appellate panel Awards have been passed in an ad-hoc manner without taking into account the facts and merits of the complaints.

Query: Can the complaints be reverted back for re-adjudication, being defective?

Case-details for both matters are enclosed.
