Place where the case would be filed

Agreement to sell a Delhi property was signed in Delhi. My visually impaired sister is seller. She now resides in Bhopal. There is some dispute and the purchaser has sent her a notice at her Bhopal address. What is the place where the purchaser can file the suit.My sister wants to defend it at Bhopal. Kindly advise

he will file in delhi as property is in delhi agreement was signed in delhi . he wont file it in bhopal as it would be convenient for you

since agreement took place at Delhi and also property situates therein, only Dehli court gets jurisdiction.

Delhi Court have Jurisdiction.
It is irrelevant in civil property suit, where purchase/ seller reside.
