Father selfacquired property

Dear Sirs,
My Father having purely Self acquired property in chennai. I am one of the Son and Two Daughters . My father told me to give 10% of the property value to each of them and take no objection letter from them. But the two daughters not agree with the deal.Instead of this they asking for equal share on the property otherwise they will go to Court. My elder sister is living one of the portion without rent for last 15 Years. My father is live what to do in this situation.

ask your father to make a will in your favour . have the wll duly registered . contact a local lawyer .

Better go for a registered gift deed from your father in your favor.
