Employement under sc st reservation category

Dear Experts,
One person, got job under reservation category of SC ST under State Government of A.P.; His father was change caste category at the time of school admission. Facts known by the person in Intermediate level. Hence, he calm and got the employement under SC ST reservation category. The Government not yet known about the employement.
Now, some SC ST people in the village, are asking to settle by giving agricultural land.

Please tell me what actions to be taken by the Employee of State Government to solve this problem. He is mentally disturbing by this issue.

What is change caste category..............?
Never heard of it. SC/ST status is acquuired by birth alone.
