SIR / MADAM
IS THERE ANYBODY TO SEND ME THE REPORTED JUDGMENT 1998 SCC (CRI) 564 CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF NAGPUR V/S.NEETAM MANIKRAO KATURE & ORS.
IN THIS JUDG. THE HON'BLE APEX COURT HAS HELD THAT THE GURBER/ GERBER METHOD IS NOT A SCIENTIFIC METHOD AS PER ISI STANDARD. SO SEND THE FULL JUDGMENT TO ME AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.
