Landloarship property

Dear Experts,

We looking to buy a Land lordship(Pagdi System)room,In next month. so what kind of precaution to be take while purchasing a property. i am buying a property in joint name with my wife so my question is if any kind of accident happen in future, so that property name would be come in my wife name or to be under take a landlord. so in this case what to do please suggest

enter into agreement with landlord . agreement has to be duly stamped and regd . contact a local lawyer .

Joint entry of names in the agreement is not a problem and a specific clause can be got inserted in that agreement which you intend. The title documents of the seller and otehr relevant municipal record is required to be checked minutely.
