sir ;
Iam a general caste member with an agreement to purchase aresidential plot in patna;Bihar.Is it any ban or restriction for such transaction specialy in Bihar?Please help me.

There is no such ban in Bihar and general caste person can duly purchase any immovable property from SC/ST person.

In Bihar previusly prior permission of DM/ collector was required at the time of land sell from schedule caste to general caste. At present what is the rulling?

Please check from local revenue administration. In case the sale is declared void the land will resume to seller and you having no right to recover the cost.
