Title deed

(Querist) 27 December 2012 This query is : Resolved 
if the title deed(sale deed)of the property is lost what is remedy for the owner of property and what is validity of his ownership.is any duplicate or copy of such deed was avail if any what is its status and is such copy have equal power as equals to its original . from those authority it shall be obtain and what is procedure to obtain it and please answer the above problem with acts covered to it.

All the sale deeds are registered one.
So obtain its certified copy form the concerned Registration Office.

contact a local lawyer . make an application for obtaining certified copy of agreement lost by you with SUB Registrar office

Duplicate copies have same value and there is no effect of ownership due to poss of tile deeds. Obtain certified copies but it shall be better to lodge a police complaint for loss of documents for the sake of any miuse in future by any person.
