Hi,
My sister given some money to her friend for Interest.. Like this that girl took money from some other peoples also. At one point everybody used to ask money to that girl. So she is not able to give money so she has compliant a case againest all the girls. Everybody cheated and took 55 savaran gold and 5 lacs.
They question is my uncle is working in Malasia(normal worker), and he came here for diwali holidays and has to return december end. But that girl she took money from my sister, given a complaint againest my uncle too. Now FIR is filed around 6 peoples including my uncle.
1.If my uncle is going to malasia is there any problem?
2.Will they catch in the airpot?
Can you please tell me what we can do?

1. There is no problem if there is no bar imposed by the court fir making foreign travel.
2. Yes if there is such order.
Check the status of the case and take bail first.

Your uncle shall have have any problem including his arrest on airport as anticipated unless court has ordered to retain his passport.
