Dear Honourable Advisors,
Is There Any Rule in Mumbai Co.Op Housing Society can Demand Registration Fees or Donation from the Real Estate Broker. As I had Submitted My Organization Details in our Local Police Station few year back, As am Property Consultant .We always Submit relevant document when we Deal with Leave and Licenses to police station and Society with police station Acknowledged copy (to the respective flat of the society).I came across one of the Co-op Housing society Sectary (chair man also), ask to pay registration fees (5,000/-) with the Organization Details. They said our Society AGM has been passes with new rule for real estate broker. If you pay the fees then only will allow entering society premises with our buyer. Although we never enter any of the flat without owner intimation. Kindly Help Regarding the Issue. With Regards Sunil Fulwadiya.

ridiculous , society cannot demand any fees from real estate brokers . you have been appointed as broker by the member concerned for sale of his flat . it is only after his consent that you are showing flat to prospective buyers .
society cannot restrain you from entering the society premises . boycott said society . refuse to show any flats in said society . the Managing Committee will come to its senses when no estate broker deals with flats in said society
